The live product uses a structured question flow and deterministic requirement evaluation rather than open-ended AI judgement.
The checker collects setup information and answer data for each property, resolves those answers into stable internal facts, and then applies rule-backed requirement checks.
Outputs reflect the information entered into the case. If key facts are missing, unclear, or contradictory, the report may show follow-up items rather than a clean conclusion.
AI is not the source of legal truth in this product. The live posture is deterministic engine first, with any AI use kept bounded and non-authoritative.
